"When I called Kevin to request a consultation, I was at my wit's end with a continuing yard drainage problem. I had obtained lots of input and multiple proposals from other sources, but I just wasn't convinced that those approaches were going to solve the problem to my satisfaction. (We have subsequently also purchased two trees from Kevin; his crew just delivered and installed those as well.) When his crew arrived to begin working, they were courteous and knowledgeable. Kevin visited the worksite frequently, and he and his crew leader kept me updated about the status of the project. They all continually went the extra mile to answer my questions, provide great care instructions for the new grass and trees, and do what they could to help me address watering issues. After it rained like crazy earlier this week, Kevin and his guys showed up (without my even having to ask) to tend to the new grass seed and rehab it after the storm. It is clear to me that Kevin takes pride in his company's work, and he has shown ownership over this project. I feel reassured knowing that, if I call with questions or concerns, he will be responsive and helpful. I'm looking forward to working with Kevin James Landscape for some (hopefully more fun!) projects in the future, and I recommend them highly."

We had a small sump pump installed, but it did not help Memorial weekend when we had Biblical rains hit the area. My sump and shopvac were working overtime as the ground was so saturated. I called four contractors for estimates. Falcone was the first to show up three days later. Chris spent a great deal of time talking with us on our concerns and inspecting our property. He gave us a fast and fair quote. Our job was able to be completed within three weeks of scheduling it. It took four days for Chris, Kenny and their crew to install an internal french drain system in my basement and crawl space as well as a door drain along with a sump and backup. They were kind, respectful, and efficient. They did a great job and cleaned up the basement work area and my property when they were done. Maryl in the business office was great to work with. "Mark Bogle came out and went through every question we could throw at him . Very professional and patient . We decided to move ahead with the project . It took a couple of weeks to get on the schedule and we were good for launch . I expected large equipment rolling all over the property . What I got was two guys and two shovels . These guys might have looked low tech , but they came to work . The 5 foot deep , 2 foot wide 30 feel of length channel to the foundation was done in 6 hours . I was very happy and a bit shocked . The wall was cleaned thoroughly and sealed up . French drain was installed and everything backfilled . Weather slowed us down ( rain ) But still it was all a memory in 5 days .
