"Young Man did not have tool knowledge or quality mind set to build or repair Deck. Floor joints not butted together on floor joist. Miter joints did not match. Cut with a saws all ( not a miter saw ) step stringers screw to old steps stringers. A lot of areas not square or plumb. Deck post mounted with wood screws ( not bolts ). I am going to have to do and pay for some one to replace and repair job. Young man was very pleasant and showed up and worked. Material knowledge and quality not satisfactory for building Decks."

"I hired DRYWORX to waterproof my basement. The founder, Jason Lott, took my deposit but did not start work until 2 months later. Once started work, took another month to finish the work at my house. But less than 2 weeks after paying him in full, the ground started eroding away from the house because he did not compact the ground, so the work was not done! We called him and he did not come to see the problem until almost a month later. After assessing the problem it took him over 2 weeks to come fix the problem. When he showed up to fix the problem, he did not come prepared with the right tools or materials. Not only did he not fix the problem, he was deceptive and tried to covered up the problem with dirt. Upon an inspection with him, it was uncovered that he tried to cover up the problem with dirt, his worker started getting violent and Jason threatened that "you don't want to mess with him". They both left the house and did not return to fix the problem and left my property in worse condition than when they arrived. I paid him in full but now I have to hire contractors to finish the work that he failed to do."
