I showed him the areas of grout I was concerned about and he pointed out that the caulk and grout needed replacing, not only cleaning (which is really what All Points specializes in). He also took a look at the sink and identified where it could be leaking water and causing mold/mildew issues. He even recommended another company I could call to do the work. I really appreciate him taking the time to help me out like this, especially since he didn't have to. Amazingly, he completed the entire job, including cleaning and re-sealing the bathroom tile floor and re-grouting the tub enclosure, in less than 4 hours - as I had anticipated it taking the entire day and possibly more. I have had the shower worked on, cleaned, etc. 2 earlier times - paid approximately the same amount - but no one even came close with the ending result. The shower looks absolutely new! If you need anything re-grouted - there isn't anyone you could go to that could be better."
