Brian at first was very helpful and responsive. We had a 203K loan so he needed to write an itemized list for the bank and have payouts after chunks of the work was done. He charged us $500 for permits he never applied for and never had his plumbing or electrical work inspected. He would argue when we found item not up to code. He was paid for trash removal and he put the trash in our yard for months or put the trash in our shed. His hardwoods have gaps and chunks of the top missing and are coming loose. Brian cut a pipe and never capped it. Water leaked into an interior wall and now we have mold growing in our gutted bathroom and on the adjacent wall in our living room. He told us he would "clean up the mess" so we could have a clean home for the December holidays and took the materials he purchased for our home and we haven't heard form him since. He took flowing, tiles, a vanity, a vanity mirror that he purchased with our money. I came home to find footprints all over the new floor, Brian took a lamp from my dining room to use for light as he worked, and he put his mortaring materials on my clothing in my bedroom. He left food garbage in my bathroom and used my broom to clean the mess in the bathroom. The bathroom was being remodeled for my mom who is handicapped so she could stay and be with her grandchildren. We started renovations in August and it is now February and all we have is a gutted bathroom with mold and water damage. He came in one day without telling us and tiled our bathroom with tiles we never approved and left a mess of mortar. He told us he wasn't in the right mind to work and shouldn't have tiled. He then told our bank we owe him money for the work.
