"Tom responded quickly and came out to my house the very same day! He explained what he had done in detail and even texted pictures of the issue and how he fixed it. Tom emailed a detailed itemized statement but before he did he actually called me and discussed it. I feel so lucky to have connected with Tom. He was personable, polite, and very knowledgeable. I bought my hot tub new in August 2015 and with Tom as my hot tub handyman Iâ m sure Iâ ll be enjoying it for many more years to come! Hire Tom! You wonâ t be disappointed!"

"After several visits, lots of time, and ordering special parts on his part, Sebastian was unable to fix the stove. We thought we would owe him around $700 (our estimate) for the work he had done. But since he was unable to make the repair, he said there was no charge. We were joyfully flabbergasted. I have rarely met anyone in this business with such integrity. Cheers to Appliance Zen for doing the right thing. (I had just lost my job so this was very welcome news.)
