Tom helped us with multiple issues with our tub. Not only did he address the problems, but he was thorough in explaining their probable causes and solutions as he worked. Happy to share troubleshooting tips and has a warm personality to go with his extensive knowledge and experience. Respectful and has a top-notch work ethic. Extremely knowledgeable and worked around my schedule

Tom is very professional. He not only knows how to take care of hot tubs but how to teach customers. He freely gives information and offers hit personal phone number if a customer has more questions.

He responded to my inquiry almost immediately call to schedule an appointment that would coincided with others in the area to save me money. Got the job done quickly cleaned up nicely. Excellent work with definitely use again.

Anthony and his team were awesome! The showed up and installed the Hot Tub and had it full of water installed including electrical. All in about 2 hours. These guys are super professional and nice. Anthony made me feel very comfortable with my decision to buy from him. I will be telling everyone one to buy from him! It's hard to find good customer service theses days and Anthony and Team nailed it!!!

Tom responded quickly and came out to my house the very same day! He explained what he had done in detail and even texted pictures of the issue and how he fixed it. Tom emailed a detailed itemized statement but before he did he actually called me and discussed it. I feel so lucky to have connected with Tom. He was personable, polite, and very knowledgeable. I bought my hot tub new in August 2015 and with Tom as my hot tub handyman Iâ m sure Iâ ll be enjoying it for many more years to come! Hire Tom! You wonâ t be disappointed!
