"With guests arriving in near future, a plastic pen decided to perform a Dear John dive that partially obstructed flushing from our downstairs loo. Ray and trusty plumber's helper Gary arrived, skilfully retrieved the pen from the ceramic intestines of the loo, and charged a very competitive price for the visit. They also texted to let me know that another job had delayed them slightly, but that they were on the way. They were friendly and efficient, and are now on my go-to vendor list."
