In the aftermath of Helene, we feared it would be quite a while before our roof got repaired, but met with Carol and Mitch, who assured us they had several great teams out fixing all kinds of damage. There were some tricky aspects, as we live on a steep slope, and some wood support beams were bent by the tree strike. Cam was our team’s leader and he was great, explained everything they were doing, and the repair is so good that you can’t tell the roof was ever damaged. There?s always going to be issues and fixes when you build a new home. Big Hills construction has got five or six homes under construction and the new neighborhood that I live in, but they still have time to get to my punch list and take care of any little issues that pop up. I can?t tell you how nice their crew is. Even though most of them do not speak the language I speak. It?s amazing how easy it is to communicate with them. All in all I give it an A+."
