"This client, after meeting wanted me to do a piecemeal job on her bathroom in her mobile home.. Where I informed her that I do not do lot do things like that. She then told me I would not be doing it at my direction & I would be doing it at her direction. She then later informed me that she wanted to do job correctly and wanted a quote from me. I texted her a quote to do job correctly. I gave her a plumber's contact information. She gave my plumber a brow beating on his appointment time, after speaking to my colleague I politely informed her that I did not have a contract with her & I was no longer to do her job. Her demeanor was very aggressive throughout this process& I was threatened with a terrible review."

"I could not meet customers price for the amount of work being requested. I apologize for the misunderstanding my Internet line had got severed in a wind storm.I explained to customer what was happening and offered to meet in person. Unfortunately she got upset and unwilling to compromise on scope of job & quality of work being performed. Therefore we parted ways. Unfortunate."
