"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"I called on Craftsman Direct for help with a rescued kitten! She always wants to be up high, so I needed to find some safe ways for her to do that. I called Craftsman Direct right smack in the middle of the Christmas/New Year holidays to install some shelving on my walls. Lee responded to me immediately and came out to do a free estimate shortly thereafter. Lee was very patient with me, as I wasn?t exactly sure what I needed. As an avid animal lover, he understood my kitty?s wants perfectly, and as important, he understood how the shelves needed to be installed to ensure their stability.

After I approved the quote, his craftsman Ed adjusted his schedule to come out to my home over the New Year holiday to complete the project. This holiday scheduling was a huge benefit for me! He rolled with the punches when I discovered the shelf brackets originally quoted weren?t going to work and helped me pick new brackets?even though the new brackets required more painting on his part. He hung the shelving exactly as I requested. Of great importance to me, I had 100% confidence in Ed and felt comfortable leaving him at home with my kittens while I ran an errand. I knew he would ensure their safety and would not let them get outside.
