They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "Metalworks and Improvements installed a raised-seam metal roof on our home.  I checked out a significant number of metal roofing companies in the areas and had narrowed my choices to a small handful for possible quotes.  I had three companies bid and Metalworks came out in the middle.  I ended up picking Metalworks because David Logue was the easiest to deal with, most responsive, reachable and knowledgable representative of the three companies.  I did not regret my choice!  The work was scheduled quickly, the crew and the forman were competent and got the job done with not problems. Clean-up was first rate. We ran into a snag when the crew discovered my existing gutter guards to be incompatible with the metal roof construction but the issue was quickly resolved by David to everyone's satisfaction.

"Mr Bullock came and gave me the cost of the roof in a timely and professional manner.  He and his crew showed up on time and installed our new roof.  The crew was polite, quiet and professional.  We pointed things out and they were corrected or finished before we got to that area.  Wires had to be detached from our roof and were replaced quickly with no interruption to phone of cable service.  I can not put into words how happy we are with the professionalism and manner our roof was installed.  I would give Mr Bullock a 10 star rating if it were possible.

"It went marvelously. Dan came to the house at exactly the appointment time for the estimate and explained what they would need to do. His crew, Will and Fazel stayed until almost dark to get the gutters installed. We were expecting a major storm within a day and I was very concerned about the amount of water that was going to be around my foundation on the house.
I was so pleased with how the house looked after the installation of the gutters.  The crew matched the paint on the replacement wood exactly so it looked like it had been replaced. In fact, I was so pleased with the gutters that I hired Gutter Pro back to install leaf guards on the gutters and would not have considered hiring any other company to do it.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

I found Julian Hernandez on Angie's List. This was my first experience using the reviews found on the List, and it was a real success. I had no difficulty contacting Mr. Hernandez by phone. He was able to come to see the project and give me an estimate within a couple of days, and he worked with me on the installation schedule because I had other work which needed to be completed prior to the floor installation. Mr. Hernandez arrived promptly on the day scheduled for the installation and had everything he needed for the job . This was a two-day project, and both he and his co-worker worked diligently until the job was completed. The work was excellent, and, at my request, Mr. Hernandez also installed new baseboards and trim. He did an excellent job on the woodworking as well.  He was careful; there was very little waste of materials, and the debris and trash were bagged for removal.

In addition to doing excellent tile and trim installation, Julian Hernandez and his co-worker, Mario, were both very courteous and friendly. They answered all my questions and offered some helpful suggestions. I was completely at ease while they worked in my home. I certainly can add my A rating to the others on the List, and I am happy to recommend him to anyone in my area who is looking for his services.
