"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"Work has been scheduled for early in 2019, but they could not have been more helpful and professional in explaining our options, how our home would get the most out of the panels, and how much we are likely to save. They were explicit about costs and available rebates. We were instructed to apply for a rebate from our local energy supplier and they literally walked us through the time specific rebate procedure. We made some minor changes to their standard contract and they accepted those changes without question. I can only assume their work will be up to these standards when we do the actual installation."

"Initially the work performed by Al Savelle was satisfactory. However, when we contacted Al to return and correct an issue with the toilet leaking from the base he refused to stand behind his work and correct the problem created by his work not being done correctly. Below are the details of the situation: Al Savelle was hired to re-seat 2 toilets in our home on 21-April-2018, after our floors were installed. On 22-May-2018, one of the toilets started leaking at the base. When I called to get him to come out and fix the issue he stated he would be at my house between 0830-0900 on 23-May-2018. The morning of 23-May, I received a text from Al stating "Good morning Scott, I can't warrantee that old toilet and my schedule is busy right now. Your best bet is probably to get another local plumber". I responded with several texts after that as follows: From Scott K: Al - you did the work to install the toilets and one is leaking. Therefore it is your responsibility to come and fix the issue since the work done was not done correctly From Scott K: The age of the toilet is irrelevant. The toilet did not leak before the floors were installed. The whole purpose in hiring you as the plumber was to ensure the reinstall of the toilet was done properly. From Scott K: When will you be here to correct the problem? Scott K: So am I understanding that you are not going to honor your promise of "Our work is good. We promise. And behind that promise, we want you to know that we back our work with a satisfaction guarantee. We won't stop working until you like what we've done"? I received no response to any of the above text messages After several attempts to call Al to discuss the matter (each time the call went straight to voice mail with instructions to text the issue to him as he does not check his voice mails), we are now forced to contact another plumbing company and pay for All Savelle's incompetent work in order to prevent additional damage to our brand new flooring."

"Excellent. Service professional was on time, polite, organized and knowledgeable. He even cleaned up the area where he had drilled and moved the refrigerator back into place. I could not have had a better experience. Parts were new and better quality than I would have used. He even added a braided water line to my ice maker. WOW. I was impressed. Price was fair. "Updated as of September 15,2025 1 star!!!! Riley contacted me regarding the honest review I left. She explained “her feelings were hurt”. With a Marketing Manager overlooking the truth of a review, but instead worrying about herself says a lot! She wanted me to changed her review as she said everyone would ask for a reduction. In my original honest review; I never stated there was a discount or even now I’m not stating it. What I am saying is NO appreciation was given even after I pointed that out to her!!!! Avoid the “model” home sales approach. As that is the true meaning of them gaining sales. It’s the marketing line they give to secure a sale. Legacy - no employee should contact a customer and ask them to change a review!!!! Poor business practices! She has cost you on your ratings! 1 star UPDATED - 5 stars to 3 stars! Riley sold us on a "model home" in your area, and only one home can be such. She stated she would touch base very often, and would place a "sign" in the yard until the windows had been completed. Riley stated she would work along side of the window installation team the day of installation. She was NO where to be found! After Riley left my home from the initial showing of the windows; I did not hear from her again. I had to call her 3 days before the new windows were scheduled to arrive, and verify delivery date was still set. RIley - I feel like you did the "old bait and switch...bs lines" with you keeping quiet after the contract was signed, and "model home" in the area bs. Legacy Home Remodeling you offer a great product...which I am still happy with. The instillation team was amazing and quick! The new windows look amazing, and completely transformed the rental property. BUT... your sales people and the lack of communication or appreciation towards the customer is HORRIBLE! So Riley, has cost your company 3 stars as she is a part of it. Customers should feel valued and respected! "I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"
