Troubleshot and Fixed quickly

GREAT! worked efficiently It required a good bit of problem solving & that's where Mike & his helper excelled.

When I first talked to Mike, he said he would call me back and set up an evening appointment to go over the scope of the work. He never called. I called him again and we did set an appointment. He came and gave me an estimate, minus the cost of 4 new flood lights. He said he could do it the end of the week and he would call with the exact day. He never called. When he did call the next week, he apologized and said he would be able to do it the next day. I agreed. His electrical work is just fine...no issue there. However, the total bill was almost twice as much as quoted. He told me his original quote was for labor only, but he never said that up front. I didn't expect four flood lights and an electrical box to cost nearly $700. I was very surprised. Nevertheless, I needed one more item taken care of and when I called on a Friday and asked him to do it at his convenience, he said he could do it the coming Monday afternoon. Since I needed to leave work, I texted to confirm and he blew me off for that day. Said he could do it later in the week, but it's been a week and a half and even though I contacted him to get an update, he has not yet gotten back to me. Bottom line is that his electrical work is just fine, but his dependability and customer service are awful. I will not use him again and we have much more work to be done. I just don't understand a total lack of common courtesy and customer service. Business must be good!!

Amazing work! They were punctual, communicated well, knowledgable, and did an excellent job in adding outlets for our exterior security cameras and fixing a breaker issue we have had! Will hire in the future for all of our electrical needs.

Mike and two of his employees were great to work with. They were punctual and professional. They were in and out in less than an hour.

This was a complex job as the house has been added on multiple times over the years. Wiring was not labeled well, multiple switches and panels. There was a short that needed to be found. Mike and his team showed up early, they were polite and professional. They were able to troubleshoot and find where the short was located . It was a long, difficult process. Excellent job.

Changed for an old 1950's fuse box to a 200 amp service panel. Mike and his helpers came here on time, did a very professional job and to much less time than I expected for it to take. Mike and his crew were very congenial and professional. Will use him again, if the need arises.

Mike actually answered his phone and came the same day to give an estimate. After we agreed on the price, he and his crew arrived that same week and did the work neatly, on time, and even offered suggestions we hadn't thought of (an outside flood light). He even installed a new dining room light that I got the day before - though he didn't expect to do that, he did do it w/o complaint. He also was on site at all times with his crew, both of whom were great. We did not pay more than the estimate. Happy to find him, would not hesitate to use again.

Mike and his assistant were early. They reviewed the job with me and then got to work removing the light. The work was professional with no change to the price quoted. Mike is now my go-to electrician!

He's got a lot of really high ratings. To give me the quote, he was really quick. I told him what I need and he said ok we'll have to do this and this and this so it'll be this. I ask my friends and family around here who they use but I always look up to see what other people say about them. I read all ratings to see what people say. I don't know what electricians charge or anything. He was my first and only call. I didn't call 3 or 4 other electricians, I just called him. The ratings I read he seemed to be pretty good price wise.

Mike answered when I phoned Wednesday afternoon and was available Thursday. Because our breakers are old (38 years) he had to special order a new one and had it installed Friday morning. I highly recommend Mike's Electrical Services.

It went really well. They replaced the light in no time at all. They were professional and the price was just right. Joe and his partner were very friendly and extremely knowledgable. If I ever need anything else done, I am using Mike's. It is rare to find this kind of service at such a reasonable price.

It was actually Carbon Monoxide detectors that where going off, one of them were defective. They replaced the Carbon Monoxide detector. The pricing was very, very reasonable. We have an electrician for a life time now. We cant believe how great they were.

The crew was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, thorough, and efficient. And very pleasant! The work was done as requested and the price for the job was $600 less than a competitor's quote. I will definitely call Mike's again for any additional electrical work that I need to have done.

I called Mike on Wednesday and he was able to schedule my work for the next day. Tim and Joe called me ahead of time to let me know they would be a little bit later than the scheduled time, and when they arrived they began work immediately. The guys were polite and professional, and patiently made multiple adjustments to ensure I was happy with the length of each pendant light before completing the installation. Mike's guys were great, and I'd gladly use them again, and recommend them!
