Very quick response and timely repairs. We called late in the evening and they were at our home within 30 minutes and had the repair completed in one hour.  They replaced a leaking water valve on our Rinnai tankless water heater.

They were very expensive, but their quality was very good. I would not use them again in future because I found someone else more reasonable.

Mark arrived as scheduled and immediately got to work removing the old toilet. He answered all our questions in a courteous and personable way. He finished our job in about half an hour and cleaned up the bathroom, leaving it in pristine condition. We are having two more toilets installed on Monday (they are on order), so Mark wouldn't let me pay him until then. Amazing. We also discussed water heaters and will definitely have Mark do that job for us in the future. We need an electrician and a contractor for a couple of other repair jobs and we asked Mark for recommendations. He is definitely a person that can be trusted to give advice. He did not have his business card book with him, so he asked if he could call me back. He called within 15 minutes with the names and numbers. We have found a plumber for life. I can only give this plumber the HIGHEST recommendation.

Thy repaired the initial pipe burst within two hours from phone call to completion of repair. 5 months later when another pipe burst (old polybutylene piping with no pressure reduction from city water supply) they gave us an excellent quote to replace the existing plumbing. We also opted to have them install a new bath tub/enclosure and faucets. The work was to take two days and was scheduled and completed the following week. They were very punctual, professional, and courteous. We will always recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.
