Updated as of September 15,2025 1 star!!!! Riley contacted me regarding the honest review I left. She explained “her feelings were hurt”. With a Marketing Manager overlooking the truth of a review, but instead worrying about herself says a lot! She wanted me to changed her review as she said everyone would ask for a reduction. In my original honest review; I never stated there was a discount or even now I’m not stating it. What I am saying is NO appreciation was given even after I pointed that out to her!!!! Avoid the “model” home sales approach. As that is the true meaning of them gaining sales. It’s the marketing line they give to secure a sale. Legacy - no employee should contact a customer and ask them to change a review!!!! Poor business practices! She has cost you on your ratings! 1 star UPDATED - 5 stars to 3 stars! Riley sold us on a "model home" in your area, and only one home can be such. She stated she would touch base very often, and would place a "sign" in the yard until the windows had been completed. Riley stated she would work along side of the window installation team the day of installation. She was NO where to be found! After Riley left my home from the initial showing of the windows; I did not hear from her again. I had to call her 3 days before the new windows were scheduled to arrive, and verify delivery date was still set. RIley - I feel like you did the "old bait and switch...bs lines" with you keeping quiet after the contract was signed, and "model home" in the area bs. Legacy Home Remodeling you offer a great product...which I am still happy with. The instillation team was amazing and quick! The new windows look amazing, and completely transformed the rental property. BUT... your sales people and the lack of communication or appreciation towards the customer is HORRIBLE! So Riley, has cost your company 3 stars as she is a part of it. Customers should feel valued and respected! They should not feel as it was just about a sale and silence. *****OLD REVIEW while Riley was still sitting in my home*** Riley is amazing! Recently purchased a house that needed window replacement. I contacted a few companies for quotes. I chose to go with Legacy for several reasons. They had great communication Arrived on time. Well educated on the product and gave great details on how the process works and information on the windows itself was able to answer any questions I had . Darren was friendly and had a great personality. Very happy I chose them and look forward to installation. I will update the review after install. Thank you again

Overall product is okay, but the company leaves much to desire given the price point. They honestly really struggle on the communication end. On three separate occasions during the project, there were several breakdowns in communication that were easily avoidable. The trim had to be re-done in many spots due to the corners no lining up, but I ended up pointing it out on the walk-around instead of the PM just telling them to fix it. When they were painting the trim on the house, I had to ask that the trim on the front porch, which touches the siding they installed, to also get painted like they did on rest of the house. The shutters that they delivered were supposed to be a close match to the accent color of the cedarshake, but they didn't check and were going to install them even though it wasn't even close to the right color. They order new paintable ones, and when they arrived they weren't painted and they wanted to charge extra for the painting when that wasn't mentioned until they showed up at the house. So now I just have no shutters now. I signed up with them in September, it's now January. I'm usually not one to complain... but when it's your house and you spend +20k on a project, you would think they'd pay better attention to you as a customer. Absolutely horrible business practices. The manager that sets up the project with you isn't the manager that will be on-site during your install, so do your due diligence. Write things down and clarify with everyone you talk to. They use "trained contractors" for their work. So the message might get muddied.along the way.

Thank You Legacy! and to all on your teams!! I had all my windows replaced with Exterior Legacy, I am INCREDIBLY PLEASED!!! Their window products are clearly superior, the team that placed my window were impressive without a doubt. The team arrived on time, got right to work, were very respectful, pleasant, exhibiting professionalism. I have never seen a team be so organized and skilled. My windows look fabulous, and I instantly could feel the difference in our home. Prior to replacing the windows I could feel the drafts through out the house because of very dated windows which were clearly a less superior product, replacing my windows with Legacy Exteriors immediately resolved the drafts, my home actually felt warmer instantly that evening and I did not need to turn the heat on for the first time since I purchased my home. I am confident that next summer when heat rises, my new windows will also keep our home cool, conserve energy, and in turn I have now ensured putting dollars back in my pocket. My decision to use Legacy Exterioriors was not only great! but also a smart one! I know my investment in my home, will also decrease our energy bills for years to come!

Very great people to work with. Personable, professional. Good quite easy process so far. Cant wait for my trim install! Update: It looks amazing. The install crew were prompt, polite, respectful of my property. Derran was my associate to provide estimate and he was super! Greg was the closer and was very patient with me! I’m amazed at the difference my home looks now! Thanks for the great job! Next time I (or anyone I know whom i can sweet talk) need next step home improvements, I know whom to call!!

The roofing was done beyond our expectations! Very well organized, clean up was quick and well executed, any questions were answered at the time of construction. They did an A+ job in our opinion and in a very timely manner- would recommend!

We recent have our windows Installed by Legacy. Windows. I just want to praise them with an outstanding service on their professional, and friendly service. They have a lowest price comparing with other competitors. We are very pleased with their service. We will have more projects with Legacy later this year. I recommended Legacy Windows to my friends.

Legacy transformed our screened in patio into a stunning and serene sunroom that is an inviting, all-season extension from our great room. We LOVE the beauty and quality of the wall of windows that infuses “newness” into our home. The windows serve to frame and bring closer our wetlands, which are lush and teeming with life (but now we can be close AND safe). Legacy service and installation, communications and responsiveness, all EXEMPLARY! For the cost and quality, the return on investment is almost as exciting as the beauty and enjoyment of the completed sunroom!

The owner of the company personally came out to view the project as it was quit large. He was a true professional in every aspect. We did not feel like just another paycheck as we’ve felt with other companies. Highly recommended and we will absolutely be using them again!!

Both Scott and Ben, owners of Legacy, are top-notch professionals! Their combined experience in the industry really came through for us as they expertly created a "wall of window" plan for our veranda to optimize our connection to nature. We’re super excited about being able to see through the house to the wetlands in the backyard! When we went over the plans with Scott, his enthusiasm was infectious, and he understood perfectly what we had in mind and how to get amazing results within our budget. We can’t wait to share the before and after photos!

We were referred by one of our neighbors. I had some reservations about a sales rep coming out to our home, from a previous bad experience with another company, to give us a quote. The receptionist listened to my concern, and put me on hold, and 30 seconds later, the owner of Legacy, got on the phone with me, and volunteered to personally come out to our house. We were very appreciative of that, because he was extremely gentle and thorough, with no hard sell. Scott went over all our window options, and we picked out the best window for our budget, and performance desires. The difference in our house during this recent snowstorm and cold, from the original contractors grade windows, to our new Legacy windows was astronomical. We look forward to not only future comfort, but lower heating and cooling bills as well. Hats off to Scott and Legacy. Thanks again.
