"Could not have been better. I have found an honest plumber. I called Mckenzies at about 2pm on the 11th. By 3pm Sven arrived and spent over an hour on our roof trying to unplug the clog. He advised us that the repair was going to be a pretty big job costing apptoximately $500. We agreed and Sven and Phillip arrived the 12th on time and started the repair. About 20 minutes after they arrived Sven came in and said the job would be much easier than they thought at 1/2 the cost. They could have done the easier job and never told us any differently on the cost. That is honesty. Great job. Plus Angie's list discount. I have already recommened them to a friend. I will never use another plumber if at all possible.
