Crickets heard from him when asked to cover remediation. He is not licensed to do plumbing and did not inform us of this fact. We are pursuing legal action against him, cost of fixing this mess will likely be over $15,000 and also loss of rent from our tenants. We paid Betts $20,000 to do the initial work and he is now MIA."
