Initial caulking work was performed well. After 2.5 years, some of the caulking failed. When I requested Aaron to evaluate the problem, I was told there would be a $150 consultation fee for the review. His contention is that caulking that fails after 2.5 is within normal tolerances. I do not agree, but was willing to have him review and explain, without a fee. He would not provide the review.

Do not hire or even consider this company. Owner did faulty work on shower fixture and this resulted in considerable water damage to bathroom, bedroom, and living area below. Crickets heard from him when asked to cover remediation. He is not licensed to do plumbing and did not inform us of this fact. We are pursuing legal action against him, cost of fixing this mess will likely be over $15,000 and also loss of rent from our tenants. We paid Betts $20,000 to do the initial work and he is now MIA.

Aaron was not only SUPER responsive to my initial inquiry, but his ideas and input throughout the design process helped me immensely. We've all tried to do our own projects by hitting Home Depot and watching YOUtube videos. I have ideas I've tried in the past but stumbled over when I hadn't thoroughly planned out the project - THIS IS AARON'S EXPERTISE! I am SO glad I didn't attempt this on my own. He's worth every penny. His continual aim to assure I was happy and the recommendations/input he made/gave throughout the tiling projects resulted in a better outcome than I had planned! He's an expert. From start to finish, Aaron left no room for "surprises" or steps not considered and the initial proposal held firm (no hidden fees). He worked efficiently and professionally the entire week until the project was complete and checked in with me to assure I was pleased each day. I'd even changed my mind on some minor details on occasion which he easily accommodated. The outcome speaks volumes. EXACTLY the kind of company/contractor you need. The project went very well.  When i first learned that my shower pan had gone bad and was leaking I was a little nervous about the total cost and time it would take to fix the issue.  Received a "Betts Design" card from my plumber and was overall very happy with the service.  Walked me through the issue and what he would be doing.  Team was very courteous and got the job done on time and on budget.  Had the whole shower out and replaced in about a week.  Satisfied customer, would recommend.
