"Read all the reviews on Bill Orr!! I am joining the many, many others who were ripped off by this unethical thief. He talks the talk and that's where it ends. Our project was large and we agreed to do our driveway with color and stamping. Bill showed up with his rented equipment and began demolition of our driveway. I gave him a check for $35,000. yes, it was 50% of the job. Yes, he cashed the check and that was the end of his work. One excuse after another ; the rain, the heat, you name it. Finally, in September, my husband told him we wanted our money back. Of course that's not happening as he has been living off that money until he moves into the next person he rips off. Read the reviews and get the word out ..... Bill Orr is a professional scammer. He will take your money and run. Save yourself the headache and loss. i don't know how he sleeps at night, knowing how many people he has ripped off!!"
