"Originally scheduled for a Tuesday, Bill gave me plenty of notice that the weather was looking bad for days (it was) and that he could get to my project on Saturday morning. So glad he did. He showed up on time, did the work requested and then some, making the exterior of my house (that I need to sell pretty soon) look like it did 20 years ago when it was built. He also washed my driveway and I'm pretty sure it hasn't looked this clean except maybe the day it was poured. I was actually stunned when I walked out my front door. Personable, friendly, courteous, professional service. I could not be more pleased."

"My wife and I are beyond disappointed with Retracting Solutions. After experiencing fantastic sales, installation and customer service with Renewal By Anderson we have had the misfortune of having to deal with terrible and unfriendly customer service (most notably, president, Janice & representative, Abbey) faulty screens, which (please note the attached photos) have presented very little barrier to the bug world. We have been constantly doubted and questioned as to the bugs breaching these screens and as a result flying throughout our home. When asked if someone could come help assist us and fix this dilemma, Retracting Solutions requested a time change (no problem, even though both my wife and I have two little children and busy schedules) followed by a person who showed up outside of the agreed upon time and never even knocked or called to give us a heads up! The problem was never addressed or talked over. A colossal waste of time. He did manage to vacuum up all of the dead bugs/evidence though. Absolutely incredible. I called to address the ongoing issue and was met with aggressive questioning and condescension. On this call though I was point blank asked, "sir, do you want your money back?" I said, unequivocally, yes! Over one month later, my wife has requested to speak to a manager. Met with silence. I have multiple times emailed both [email protected] & Abbey with ZERO response. We are an easy going, middle class family who had saved for years to afford these windows and screens. We just want to be heard & treated fairly. We were promised our money back and now it just seems as if Retracting Solutions is taking advantage of us. A real shame that a quality company like Renewal By Anderson outsourced to this unprofessional company. Take it from us...look elsewhere for screening solutions"
