Drake Window Cleaners

Originally scheduled for a Tuesday, Bill gave me plenty of notice that the weather was looking bad for days (it was) and that he could get to my project on Saturday morning. So glad he did. He showed up on time, did the work requested and then some, making the exterior of my house (that I need to sell pretty soon) look like it did 20 years ago when it was built. He also washed my driveway and I'm pretty sure it hasn't looked this clean except maybe the day it was poured. I was actually stunned when I walked out my front door. Personable, friendly, courteous, professional service. I could not be more pleased.

Today Drake Window Cleaners cleaned all our outside windows, sills, and screens. (Some of the sills and windows were especially dirty and dusty because of flying dirt and dust from previous lawn mowing on ungrassy areas.) Mr. Cates did thorough, excellent work. The windows and sills are clean and look great. (And this review is from a picky person.) Having called several companies for estimates, I chose this company because the price was reasonable. Also, Mr. Cates came to our house and gave an estimate; he also came across as a person of trustworthy character. An email to them confirming the appt. time was answered promptly. Bill and his crew did a fantastic job and were very professional. The work was done over the coarse of two days and they did a terrific job of staging things in a way that were not disruptive to the office staff.

The service for the big deal from Drake Window Cleaners went fine. I would grade them a 'B' across the board. They could have responded better to get an 'A' rating from me.

They did the inside and chandelier all in one day with three guys. Then came back to finish the inside of the garage windows and the outside of all the windows, also with three guys. They moved their schedule around a bit to accommodate my schedule - nice! Stephen Roach was sometimes hard to reach by cell. But, when I reached him he was pleasant and easy to work with. The guys doing the cleaning were pretty quick and did nice work, including removing and replacing all screens and rickrack.



They did a fine job and the price was very competitive - actually the best I found. I would use Drake Window Cleaners again and highly recommend them to anyone else who needs window cleaning!!

It was fine. They did the service about four weeks later from when I purchased the deal. I wasn't there, my parents were there. I think the did both interior and exterior. I would tell my friends about the provider.

I have had my house pressure washed three times before this one and every one of the others did a thorough job on the cleaning.....washing not only the vinyl siding, but the entire exterior.  This company responded promptly, gave a good price, and showed up right on time.  But they only washed the "boards" and skipped over the vinyl shutters, the gutters, the window frames, the porch pillars, and the doors.  One reason I wanted the house washed is so the trim and doors would be clean to be painted, and they did not clean them at all.  When I asked the guy about that he said they "only do the vinyl".  The shutters, pillars,and the window frames are vinyl as well, but I guess he meant only the siding.  Even there some areas of the siding shows dirt and cobwebs where they did not do it, and overall nothing seems as clean as after previous cleanings.  I was very disappointed in the quality of the work.  Although they did work hard and were nice guys, they just missed a lot.  I will have to have someone else come and clean the parts needing painting that are still dusty and dirty. I am surprised the dust is still on the shutters and doors as that means they deliberately avoided them, otherwise the dust would have at least gotten washed off when rinsing the siding.
