"I am SO VERY happy with the outcome. Last year I called ZeroRes (because of Ramona, Bob & Sheri, right?). ZeroRes told me to vacuum before they came and they really don't move furniture. All Points Carpet Care didn't tell me to do any preparation. Tony showed up exactly on time. I showed him the two floors of carpet, he gave me a price and got started. After a little while, his son joined him. All of that carpet was spotless. It looked so much better than after ZeroRes left last year. All carpet, even on the stairs, where, frankly, we hadn't even done a good vacuum in weeks, was completely clean from wall to wall. They had moved furniture and put protective foam blocks or plastic under anything that could have been damaged from wetness. The carpets were somewhat damp when they finished. But he also provide shoe covers for me and my husband. It smelled very clean and fresh and that little bit of smell went away quickly. We have cats and dogs. The cats had thrown up in places and a visiting cat had urinated in a few places. Tony treated all carpet for pet stains. I couldn't believe the more than reasonable price of $270 for 2000+ square feet of carpet. I think they even cleaned the steps I didn't ask for. I was so pleased I paid more than than he asked. I'll never call any other carpet cleaner. Will probably get the upholstery done, too, the next time. Thank you so much Tony and son!"
