"We asked Sergey to come look at our bathroom and give us a quote for a remodel. He spent about a half hour looking at it and another half hour talking with my wife and I to see what we were looking for in a completed project. This is our only bathroom so one of the needs was for the toilet to be reconnected every night when they left. Sergey had a crew working on the bathroom every morning. They gutted the room down to the studs, moved and in some cases replaced plumbing, electrical switches and the fan, put up water resistant sheetrock and a new subfloor. The room was painted, floor tiled and the tub and shower area tiled, a new vanity, tub, lights, fan, cabinet, medicine cabinet and toilet were all installed. Sergey and his crew were extremely professional and very detail minded. They cleaned the area every evening before they left and were always working on something. The craftsmanship of the work is exceptional, especially the tile work on the floor and in the shower area. Sergey was always available to field questions and touched base with us often to make sure we were happy with the progress. I would highly recommend using them for a quality and beautiful bathroom remodel."

"LVP looks great and tile in the kitchen look great but the trim and baseboards were not finished and I had to have another contractor come in and install them. The stairwell was sanded and stained and I was told they could match the stain for the stairs to the LVP and that wasn’t true either. The stairs came out pink. Now I’m having another contractor come in and fix. I would not recommend to a friend."

"I contacted KitchenTuneUp/BathTune-Up to get an estimate to remodel my master bathroom and kitchen. Tom Taube came to my home and listened to what I disliked about the current spaces. We discussed ways to make a bigger shower and gain more storage space in the bathroom. In the kitchen, I had dark cabinets I wanted to update but stay affordable. I also wanted to keep my granite countertops. I disliked my "closet" pantry. I was so impressed with the company, its employees and craftmanship, after being offered a position with them in 2021 as a sales rep for bathrooms, I am a happy employee now creating happy customers."
