"Had to listen to sales pitch with both my husband and I present. Gave me quote of $12000 for replacing existing tub/shower with walk-in shower. I signed contract but used 3 day cancel clause to back out. Then someone else came to talk with us and gave us quote of $8000 for basically the same shower with a minor detail change. They were prompt and finished within one day. We had a minor issue with the mixer valve on faucet not being set correctly. They came out within a day or so and fixed it. Overall, we were pleased. I just think they should have a set price. I felt like we were taken advantage of by the initial salesman."

"Very professional worker...Cameron.... replaced a leaking "P" trap that I had cross-threaded. It had a metal to plastic fitting that was cross-threaded, so he had to cut out the plastic line from the wall to the "P" trap [that had the metal fitting] and install new plastic line to accept the "P" trap fitting. Took maybe 15 minutes, but it was a job I'd been putting off forever, and one I didn't want to tackle. VERY reasonable rates, and am a VERY satisfied customer, and would HIGHLY recommend this company."
