It had a metal to plastic fitting that was cross-threaded, so he had to cut out the plastic line from the wall to the "P" trap [that had the metal fitting] and install new plastic line to accept the "P" trap fitting. Took maybe 15 minutes, but it was a job I'd been putting off forever, and one I didn't want to tackle. VERY reasonable rates, and am a VERY satisfied customer, and would HIGHLY recommend this company."
