Because he wasn't convinced that there was in fact a leak, he suggested holding off and keeping an eye on the situation rather than immediately digging up our yard to find something that may not have been there. This fact alone says a lot about his trustworthiness, and it's greatly appreciated. In addition to the flooded valve box, I requested that he take a look at one of my problematic sprinkler heads, which he quickly cleaned out and replaced a portion of. Responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient.
