"It was quite an involved and messy process. Tom arrived with two of his employees and explained what had to be done. The tiles had to be removed and then the concrete curb had to be trimmed down with some sort of saw to create the pitch. It was a very messy job, creating dust that went everywhere. (Unfortunately, our bathroom doesn't have a window.) Except for a lunch break, the men were there all day. They applied grout and told us to let it dry for a few days. Then Tom returned to apply a sealant which also needed a day or two to dry. Bottom line: Tom and his crew did a great job and water no longer flows under the shower door onto the carpet."

"Jon from Painting & Moore came to my home and gave me an upfront and honest quote to paint my 10 window shutters. My shutters are burgundy and were very much faded from the sun, the previous owner hadn't touched them up. Jon gave me a quote for one coat of paint and let me know how much an additional coat would cost if I saw it and decided on another. Alex and his partner then came the day of to paint. Jon came too to double check / confirm my asks. The shutters looked beautiful with a nice shine when they finished! Alex asked if I liked the one coat which I did, so no 2nd coat needed. The team left the house and front porch super clean as if they weren't there. They were professional and kind. My house looks new with the fresh shutter paint! "I called with a question regarding what I thought may be a support beam that is blocking access to repair a jetted bathtub.  I needed an expert opinion before considering letting a handyman remove it.   Blake came out to my house personally, crawled into my tiny storage closet, moved insulation (without gloves lol) assessed the situation and assured me that it was OK to allow them to cut it.  He did not charge me and would not let me pay him.  Nicest guy you could want working in your home and we will without a doubt call him for any major projects we may need or want in the future.

"Stuart was very responsive and scheduled our appointment quickly.  He replaced our roof with architectural shingles and the job went very well.  Due to a rain delay the job ran into a second day and Stuart was very understanding when we asked his crew to wrap up because it was starting to get late.  The crew came back the next day and was finished in less than an hour.  They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves and the roof looks great.  Stuart also fixed some wood rot around our windows and the front door.  We will definitely use him the next time we need to replace a roof.

"We got Noel on a 'handyman for a day' deal. We are very happy with his work.
Noel was a nice, honest person, who was easy to work with.
He went the extra mile with his work. We asked him to simply cut and replace the piece of rotted wood on the stairs, but he went ahead and primed it for us too, to protect it from the immediate weather. We asked him to cut the butcher block island, and he went ahead and sanded the edges that he cut, to ensure they were smooth. It was also my intention to change the 18 foot ceiling light myself, with Noel holding the (tall!) ladder, but he, without hesitation, climbed up on the ladder and changed it for me, which was lucky, because it was far more complicated than I could have anticipated. Finally, Noel offered to return the ladder to the rental shop with me, so I would not have to rent a truck to return it myself.
