"Richard arrived on time, fully prepared to undertake the periodic servicing of our tankless water heater. He explained everything he was going to do and why it was necessary. He also explained the necessity of checking all drains, toilets, and plumbing fixtures throughout the house. The type of sealant you use on a leaking pipe will depend on the pipe material and the cause of the leak.
