"Our water heater went on the fritz and it was Georg and his crew to the rescue. They figured out the problem, handled the warranty with the manufacturer and got a new one on its way to us. During this hurricane, I started panicking as we have electricity but no water and a pipe on the heater was hissing and dripping. They immediately took my call, calmed my nerves, and walked me through step by step of what to do to keep the heater safe and prepare it for when we get water back.
