I also work with homeowners who are trying to sell their homes and need small repairs done after the home inspectors have left their list, or to enhance the curb appeal. I also love working with people who have small jobs that need to be done around the house that may be more than they wish to handle. I have also worked with owners who have wanted to build their own homes and do work on it themselves but need guidance in the planning and implementation of such a project.I will do as little or as much as the owner wishes. I do not charge for estimates. If the owner wishes me to design and draw plans fees are charged based upon what the owner wishes for me to do and develope. I will give a homeowner a price based upon what they want and work with them if their wants are over their budgets to get the most for their money.
