He got here on time and got the job down in an excellent manner. He was professional in every aspect of the work and made sure I was happy with the job he did before he left. "The assigned crew chief showed up... without a crew. I asked him where his two helpers were. (I had been told be the estimator that the crew chief would be on the job with two helpers.) The crew chief said something to the effect that sometimes they just don't show up. The crew chief did an AOK job by himself in three hours for my 1,000 s.f. job. I suppose he could have done a bit more of floor clean up, but the insulation installation was good"

"Price was about average, can't complain - don't remember exactly how much or exact service date (disclaimer).  Company screwed up the scheduling.  Installer was busy with personal life and we had to work around their schedule.  Inconvenient.  Came out and sprayed insulation in the garage.  They left the door open to the basement so the entire chemical smell inundated the basement.  The spray was general even but there seemed to be small holes and spaces generally through out the insulation.  When I inquired about the small spaces the response was they generally use the small spray cans you can get at Home Depot\Lowes but that they didn't have any.  I said I would take care of it myself, I had enough inconvenience with the screw up in scheduling.  Other than that went well - it's not that involved, just spray foam. 
They did clean up the mess relatively well, but not perfect."
