"Pinehurst Turf Pros were recommended to me by the makers of the synthetic turf. They were professional from start to finish. I would not hesitate to use them again. The project turned out better than I anticipated."

"Gage was awesome, I had an existing deck, that the wood was starting to rot through, so I knew the wood was going to need to be replaced, however I also wanted to extend my deck, which Gage and his crew had no problem doing, they were also quite fast, I expected it to take 2 or 3 weeks, but they were done after 5 days! At least than I expected!"

Small jobs welcome

"NC Top Landscaping has done an excellent weed eating job of our property. Jose and Juan arrive on time and have a great work ethic. Our property includes creek banks that are somewhat steep, a section that is wet as well as outbuildings. We are very pleased with their work. The DeBruhls"

"The job went very well. The crew showed up right on time and went to work. They were very good about letting me point out exactly what limbs I wanted removed. They removed just the right amount of foliage to get the effect I wanted. After the trimming was finished, they did a great job cleaning up. I will definitely hire them again if I need more tree work."

Brush Chipping questions, answered by experts

If you want to take the decomposition process into your hands to speed it up, water and sunlight are key. Of course, you can’t control sunlight yourself, but you can rake leaves into piles in sunny spots in your yard. In terms of using water, you can also moisten the decomposing leaves with water, whether by pouring some from a watering can from time to time or using a hose to moisten them.

No. Unfortunately, leaf removal is your responsibility, no matter what tree the leaves come from. It would be pretty hard to regulate leaves since they can be moved by the wind or water. Imagine the detective skills it would take to determine which tree each leaf came from and who was then liable for removing it. Instead, plan to remove any leaves on your property.

To eliminate waste without polluting, consider whether it can be recycled, reused, or donated. However, hazardous waste, such as chemicals or electronics, requires special handling and disposal to prevent it from polluting landfills. Organic waste can be composted or converted into fuel at a biogas generation facility.

You can view the bulky pickup schedule for your local area on your waste management provider’s website. They may list a schedule, prices, acceptable items, preparation guidelines, and other key information. Many providers don't operate bulky pickup on a specific schedule; instead, they require customers to schedule a one-time pickup for a specific item.

Many privet varieties are considered invasive, particularly in North America. They can grow quickly, spread into the wild, and push out native species if left uncontrolled. It’s a particular problem for warmer southern states, and some regions even have warnings or regulations against planting certain types of privet. You can reduce (but not eliminate) the chances of privet spreading by cutting its flowers in summer before they develop.
