The owners manual recommends checking the chain tension & adjusting it if needed. He did not look at it at all. He did not perform a safety check either."

"Communications and scheduling were awful. Took forever and 7 calls to actually get them to send the quote. When I call they say Jorge will call back, he doesn't. Call him, and his voicemailbox is always full. Three times the roofers were scheduled to come and they never showed up, never called. Really regret using them. When the roofer finally showed up, he was a sub contractor that didn't really know what he was supposed to do. Felt bad for him, he had to bring his little boy who just wandered around my back yard while he worked on my roof. The actual work seems fine, it's the whole process of working with them that is awful. Can't figure out who they actually are, Findlay Roofing, Roof Roof, Mighty Dog Roofing? That was probably my first warning flag."

Then wait another 3 months to call and get the same story. Then call another week later and get told they are picking them up and will put in the next week. Then call them and find out they are ready to be picked up. They don't call you. You have to call them to find out whats going on. They have put us In a bind. They told us 120 days out. We are so far in that we can't go somewhere else because the price of doors have increased dramatically. We are seeking legal assistance at this point for either our doors to be installed or them to pay the difference in additional cost for having to use someone else plus attorney fees."
