Rex and his staff are professional, responsive to questions, sends photos as work progresses , and often has creative suggestions to enhance the projects. One difficult project was undertaken to prevent flooding on ground floor after severe storms. The creative solution was to raise the lower level floor height with 6 inches of concrete. Then new tile floor was added, ceiling ductwork moved to comply with code, and exterior door replaced. Doors were retro fitted, mechanics moved, and powder bath remodeled to fit change in floor. This action solved the problem of repeated water intrusion in the house. We are very pleased with Patterson Construction."
