They also replaced several boards that were rotten and replaced an exterior door. The premisis was left tidy at the end of each day and i was comfortable allowing access to our home when we weren't there to complete the door replacement and painting. "Hamado is a rare find for a contractor. He is honest, thorough, and leaves the repair looking as if the damage never happened. I am a single female homeowner who stepped on a ceiling panel while changing out my insulation in the attic. The long side of a whole panel popped open. The panel needed to be drilled into the joists again and popcorn ceiling reapplied. Oh my Lord did other contractors try to take me for a ride...everything up to my whole ceiling needing to be replaced. Hamado was respectful (no contractor theatrics that my house needed to be replaced), assessed the damage fairly, and gave me a unbelievable fair quote. "Mike was very professional from the first phone call. He came that evening when he said he would to give us a estimate.
We originally called for a estimate on staining our fence front and back and after talking with Mike we also asked him to pressure wash the house. He came when he said he would and did everything we asked, he even went the extra mile and stained our yard swing the same color as the fence.
We were so happy with the job he did on the fence we then asked him to stain our deck, we had tried to stain it on our own last year and had really made a mess. He had to work really hard to get the stain off but he did a great job and our deck looks so good.
It was a pleasure to work with Mike and we are very pleased with the work he did and will definitely use him again. He is prompt and does a high quality job. Our fence and deck look great and we have received compliments from friends and neighbors, we highly recommend him.
