"DO NOT HIRE! Worst experience ever! Alfonso is young, irresponsible, lack of knowledge and professionalism. His family member/worker brought her ( non employee ) boyfriend in my home to help her work. He did not keep up with his subs work quality, I had to keep having him come out to fix "everything" they and him did. Contract est stated approx 3 wk completion which drug out 4 months ( June-Oct ). Excuses of no shows..family function, vac, bee sting, sick, death by vehicle court case etc.. Broke sentimental items in house, damage house siding multiple times, mud/sanding work terrible..uneven and causing paint problems currently and unwilling to fix which will be dealt with legally after I pay diff co to come fix. Problem hanging doors, seals, installing shower, tile work, improper water slope run offs, didnt tape off room causing sheetrock dust all over my belongings. Had to take money off to compensate some issues he didnt want to honor or fix. Tons of pics avail upon request!!"

"This family was incredibly disorganized, almost never communicated with me or with each other, made promises they didn't keep, used materials they never asked in my own personal stash and did not replace and never finished the work. Paid over a $1000 to have cabinets painted that they never even finished and now they won't even return my calls. Mismatched tile, missing Grout, sloppy paint job that is unfinished and they even took the leftover paint so I cannot even fix the botched job. They even sent me a bill for extra charges but when asked for an itemized one I never recieved it."

"We called to have a deck replaced by fallen trees. Not only did they replace the deck, fix the fence, and repair the roof and gutter damage…….they did it with in the insurance allowance. They made the new steps wider as asked to accommodate my aging knees, lol. Loved the work and it was done in a timely fashion. In fact, we loved the work so much…….we had them back to build a wheelchair ramp for my 90 year old mother. That job again, was done beyond our expectations and within budget. Thank you Pyles construction!"

"Justin started out great but stopped showing up after we paid him (he asked for final payment as a favor). He promised to be finished in July/Aug 2023, then Dec and finally Jun 2024. His crew showed up a day here, a day there but always promised someone else ahead of completing our project. JPR’s Facebook page shows all the “amazing projects” they just finished since starting this one (with contract) and leaving it unfinished. Found out after the fact that NC has no record of license for JPR Construction. As I said, we liked him and the work he did until he stopped showing up, made excuses after we paid him to “help him out”."
