They cut new drainage, treated my basement and crawlspace for mold, replaced and installed new dumps, added new insulation in my crawlspace, and even fixed some wiring in my basement. Superseal Waterproofing did a SUPERB job with our outdoor drain installation and we couldn't be happier with their work! New to the Charlotte area, we found ourselves with pretty extensive drain issues in both front and back yards. Marcos, the owner at Superseal, has been amazing! He came out quickly to help us. He assessed the problems, explained to us his thoughts on solutions, then designed and implemented a mitigation plan all within a few days! Great! Marco and his team responded quickly to my request and were able to start work within 10 days. They were speedy - 3 days is all it took for them to completely remove all insulation under the house, clean the mold and mildew, replace the insulation, and install 10 mil plastic across the entire crawlspace. They also connected some duct piping that had been disconnected by a previous visitor! Further, Marco said I didn't need dehumidifiers under the house as the moisture wasn't high enough to warrant. Interesting to me as it would have meant he would make more money and I wouldn't have known any better! I felt I got good value for my money, the result was great, and the time to completion was short. In all, this was a great experience. I would definitely use SuperSeal Waterproofing again and would recommend Marco's services to anyone with a similar need!
