Alan is an honest guy. He helps fix your problem efficiently and the most cost effective.

As with any remodel there were up and downs and the unknown but Alan and his crew handled it and also advised the contractor of his opinion of what route to take.

He was also helpful in finding people for other aspects of the remodel when I needed.

After correcting a few sub-floor structural flaws, Alan and the other tradesmen worked together quickly and efficiently, with minimum inconvenience to us and with great care to prevent collateral damage.-Alan was unfailingly professional and courteous. He kept us well-informed about any problems encountered, his solutions, and his schedule.

I called Alan Jerkins to replace the water heater. He came out quickly, figured out what he needed, quoted a price and went to purchase the heater. He called back to say he'd have to charge $50 more for an additional part he didn't anticipate needing. Alan and his workers completed the job, cleaned up and answered all of our questions. Alan did the job for HALF the price I was quoted by another Angie's List service provider (Jim Dickerson) and he was able to do the job the same day; the other provider had to order a part and it would take two days before he could do it.

Service was punctual and thorough

ALAN WAS ON TIME AND VERY POLITE. HE HAD PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE INSTALLING TANKLESS WATER HEATERS SO HE WAS ABLE TO PROVIDE PROS AND CONS ALONG WITH POSSIBLE ALTERNATIVES. HE ALSO GAVE AN ESTIMATE AND SUGGESTED THAT I SHOP AROUND. SINCE I HAD ALREADY PURCHASED THE UNIT, I WAS COMMITTED TO INSTALLING IT, UNLESS THERE WAS A MAJOR REASON NOT TO, SO I DECIDED TO GO AHEAD. HE BROUGHT ASSISTANTS ON THE DAY OF INSTALLATION, AND COMPLETED THE TASK ON TIME AT THE ESTIMATED PRICE. ALL WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL, COMPETENT, NEAT, AND THOROUGH. ONCE THE WORK WAS COMPLETED, THE UNIT PERFORMED PERFECTLY. I DO RECOMMEND ALAN JERKINS.
