He was clean, thorough, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Scott was also a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for quality work and professionalism!

Received an initial quote of $200 for the mounting of two TVs. Opted to include a sound bar for one of the TVs and was informed after the install of one TV and sound bar that because of how long it took him, he didn’t have time to install the second TV and he had to charge me more… how much, $450!!! But said he felt like that was too much so I only have to pay him $400! Switch and bait. I never called him back to mount the second TV. beware!

Highly recommend. I was hesitant having someone come into my house when I was home alone but Scott was great and very professional. He knows what he is doing.

Initially I thought Scott and the work he performed was excellent. And his customer service was terrific. However, the TV he installed fell off the wall yesterday. It is now obvious that he did not attach the TV mount to a stud. It was just attached to the drywall. I have tried to contact him regarding the situation and I get no reply to text or phone call. I sent photos which I would hope be alarming to him, but no response so far. I'm ver disappointed because I like him and even referred Clean Installs to many friends.

Clean Installs and Scott are the type of company you search for and the reason we are on Angie's List in the first place. After narrowing down the companies we wanted quotes from, we were contacted the same day and had a walkthrough within days. What really put Scott above the others we considered was his openness to our questions, super quick response time, ability to work through and suggest several options to meet our needs and his immediate availability. He completed the work quickly, efficiently and the house looks as good as when he started. He made sure to test everything prior to leaving so we wouldn't have any nasty surprised. We also greatly appreciate that he arrived with a mask on and kept it in place during all work. We'll be working with him again for our sound system changes.

Scott was surprisingly unprepared considering the simplicity of the project. Despite clear and simple requirements and photos provided beforehand, he did not arrive with many of the correct parts, and at times tried to talk me out of the requested tasks or even say it wasn't possible, then ultimately admitting it wasn't difficult, but only after questioning the response. When the project seemed to go slower than he anticipated, he took a few shortcuts and even verbalized that he had to get of here so he just can't finish it properly. This resulted in several important details getting left afoot. Including using the wrong screws on the TV mount which now prevent it from sliding horizontally as it's supposed to. I had to spend additional dollars fixing these issues. Overall, he's a nice guy and seems knowledgeable, but seemed like there were other things he'd rather be doing.

Scott Leo was fabulous to work with! I contacted him prior to my move, and he walked me through the different TV mounting options and his quote. Once I moved in, I sent him pictures of where I wanted the TV and the mount that the previous tenant left on the wall. He confirmed that I ordered the correct size TV - what a relief! He was able to come to my house within just a few days, and he did the job quickly and thoroughly. After walking me thru what he did, he explained other options I had for mounts in the future, as well as sound bars. I really felt like he took the time to answer all my questions on something I know very little about so that I can make an educated decision about my next AV project. Scott was professional and personable from the get go, and I recommend him highly!

Extremely pleased, very courteous, clean, wore a mask and removed his shoes. Leo mounted our 60" above our fireplace and concealed all of the wiring I will be using them again in the near future to route some Ethernet Cabling for us.
