We had at least six estimates for waterproofing our basement and although not nearly the cheapest, we were impressed by the presentation and the personnel and low key sales approach. So, we hired them! The work was done last week and again we were impressed with the crew doing the work, the care given to hold down the dust created, the quality of the materials used, and the willingness of the crew to keep us apprised of the job as it progressed. The was great care given to cleanup of what is a very messy job. We waited until the repair had been “battle tested”, (and this inclement weather has certainly accomplished that) before writing a recommendation. We could not be more pleased at this point. "Based on Angi?s list recommendation, I contracted Anthony for a new concrete garage foundation and driveway. He and his crew did an outstanding job of clearing trees, leveling land, and setting forms for the footer and slab, etc. He asked for extra funds for unusual circumstances on my land, which I gave him, trusting it would expedite the process. It didn?t. It rained for two months. Then Anthony said he needed surgery, and that he was getting out of the concrete business, but he would take care of me first. He never called me after that, and when I called about his surgery recovery progress, he still insisted he was going to finish my job. It was nine months after the contract date that I gave up on him. When I contacted him about refunding the extra funds, he said he would settle up with me. I have turned his debt over to God and hired someone else to finish the job. Anthony is good at what he does."

"Work done involved removing an old asphalt driveway that was cracked and bulging upwards from large tree roots, removing these tree roots, and installing a new concrete replacement driveway. Owner and contractor, Ezequiel Tejeda, provided a written contract and a very reasonable charge for these services. Despite several unforseen and some personal setbacks (truck breakdown, a LOT MORE TREE ROOTS than expected, flat tire, concrete supplier arriving 3 hrs. late), Mr. Tejeda kept the work moving forward to ensure that the buyer would have a driveway completely installed by the verbally agreed upon completion timeline. Mr. Tejeda, his righthand man, Rene, were true professional craftsmen who obviously took pride in providing the client with a top quality finished product that met or exceeded expectations. Mr. Tejeda explained each step of the process as work progressed, the products being used, and why those products had been chosen. The client's approval was sought before proceeding. All workers put in extended hours each day to get the job done in a timely manner, worked hard, and kept the work area and surrounding yard and neighborhood clean and free of trash. Overall a positive experience with an honest, reliable, hardworking contractor and a crew of top quality professional craftsmen. Would hire again. Recommended to others."
