I am a really OCD person and she even cleaned the tops of my kitchen cabinets that hadn't been cleaned in maybe over 10 years. Very Impressive. "I requested quotes from 3 carpet cleaning companies from Angi's listings and Ruth was the first and only one to call me. I knew this cleaning process was non-steam clean and was a little skeptical, but the reviews don't lie so I gave it a try. Ruth showed up within the time-frame given and brought a bag and a vacuum into the house. I have 20 year old berber carpet and 2 house dogs ( a golden & min pin). After she made a quick evaluation of my carpet, she said there was a gray haze over it from chemicals left in it from the previous steam cleaning.
