"Melida personally came out to look at the home and discuss the areas we were looking to have cleaned and how often. She offered a reasonable price for the monthly service and provided a brochure with everything they cover during the cleaning. My parents were not only impressed with Melida coming to meet us personally but the thoroughness of the three person cleaning crew is amazing. Blinds, baseboards, washing of floors, and our bathrooms were extremely clean. After each cleaning, the house smells fresh and ready to move forward for the next month. With my parents getting older this has been a wonderful experience and Melida is easy to get ahold of and very willing to work with our schedule."

"Marisol Rojas went above and beyond to accommodate our last minute request for a move out cleaning service. Communication was top notch. She was reliable and dependable and did an outstanding job. She was extremely reasonable and fair with her pricing We have used Marisol twice and would highly recommend her cleaning services to anyone. We would continue to use her if we still lived in the Charlotte area. She accommodated us on New Yearâ s Day and again on a Sunday. She is flexible and made sure we were satisfied with her services. You will not go wrong using this business and Marisol Rojas."

Small jobs welcome

"Maria is FAR beyond a typical cleaning service - she cares for us a great deal! Always communicative, punctual and thorough. She will find a spot every visit to go through and organize for us and we rarely info those changes because they're perfect. I rarely find one speck of dust after she's been here. Literally the best money I spend every month, I have zero concern over getting value for my money. I honestly can't say enough good things about her and her team. They're amazing and attentive to every little detail in the areas she takes care of for me. My best days are when Maria has been here so I can truly just relax and do what I want for the evening, because she's got the house sparkling clean from top to bottom. I receive nothing for this review of her or any other I leave when someone requests a referral on a FB community or something - I'm just a huge fan of her and what she does for us!!! My only sadness is that I didn't find her sooner!!"

House Cleaning questions, answered by experts

House cleaners typically charge by the hour, with average rates ranging from $40 to $50 per hour per cleaner. The total cost depends on factors like the size of your house, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the specific services you request.

A standard cleaning session generally costs between $120 and $240. However, the price can be significantly higher for very large homes or comprehensive services. Keep in mind that add-on services, such as cleaning windows or ovens, will cost extra.

Deep cleaning is more expensive than a standard session—often at least twice the price—because it involves more time and effort, such as moving furniture to clean underneath and reaching difficult areas. Due to the cost, some recommend hiring professionals for seasonal deep cleans while managing regular weekly or biweekly upkeep yourself.

Vinegar is an excellent cleaning ingredient for freezer parts and interior walls. Make a homemade cleaner with distilled white vinegar and warm water to thoroughly clean your freezer. It works well for cleaning up stubborn spills.

Smoke stains, grease buildup, mold, and water spots are common reasons for hiring professional cleaning services.

Wipe down the walls with a mixture of equal parts vinegar and warm water. You can also run a dehumidifier to remove moisture and odors from the room. If the drywall mud had expired or your drywall got moist before or during installation, the culprit could be harder to fix. You may need to hire a drywall repair pro to remove the mud or the drywall itself.

Yes, you should clean your toilet tank at least once every six months or once every three months if you live in an area with hard water. Toilet tanks often go ignored, which can lead to issues with mineral deposits from the water causing issues with the moving parts. A routine cleaning twice a year with vinegar will help keep the tank clean and prevent excessive mineral deposits from causing issues.
