She offered a reasonable price for the monthly service and provided a brochure with everything they cover during the cleaning. My parents were not only impressed with Melida coming to meet us personally but the thoroughness of the three person cleaning crew is amazing. Blinds, baseboards, washing of floors, and our bathrooms were extremely clean. After each cleaning, the house smells fresh and ready to move forward for the next month. With my parents getting older this has been a wonderful experience and Melida is easy to get ahold of and very willing to work with our schedule."

"Our gutters often spilled over (waterfall affect ) during even moderate rains so we needed to get them cleaned out. Ruben and his crew arrived promptly and immediately set to work cleaning out our gutters. All debris was bagged and spouts checked for clogs. Ruben found that four of our spouts were clogged and cleaned them out. The price charged was very reasonable. The very next day we had a terrible rain storm - a perfect check of Ruban and his crew's efforts. Not one of our gutters overflowed creating that 'waterfall affect'.
