"After further inspection I found that there were spots that hadn’t been cleaned. There were baseboards that hadn’t been cleaned and there was dust under the beds and dressers in the bed rooms. I was told that it would be included in the cleaning. It wasn’t."

"They have been nothing but professional. They will go to extremes. There was a hurricane and I needed someone to check on my property when we weren't there. When installing carpeting on your steps, start at the top and work your way to the bottom. That way, you can easily control the carpet and create a better seal. This approach prevents the carpet from bunching up or creating wrinkles as you work. You’ll have better leverage over it as gravity helps guide it down each step.
