"The showed up on time with the new hot water tank.  Was very careful with the floor, wall and furniture.  Since it was an upstairs walk-in attic, it was a little more difficult job.  Pricing & information about the product itself was provided on the phone prior to engaging their service.  They were very competitive with other bids and as honest about the costs.  Nothing hidden like some others.  After installation there were some problems with the unit's pilot lite but the installer was very, very knowledgeable and tested till found the problem and corrected it.    A bent part from shipping.  It has been almost 9 months and everything is great.  Also offered, at no charge, a service warranty if the unit breaks while under warranty."

Gerald responded immediately, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was patient with me and my lack of knowledge. He explained things to me as he went along. He did such an excellent job installing the ceiling fan that I had him install a new light fixture as well. I will definitely be having him come back out to install some recessed lights in my kitchen. I can not recommend him more highly! He takes pride in his work and is a man of his word! Hire him.
