"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. "He is willing to take on any project and then some. My honest feeling is that his enthusiasm somewhat outpaces his expertise and experience. He is a diligent worker and stays with the project. His painting went well though speed seems to trump care and preparation (He painted over some unsanded spackle repairs). My main problem was that instead of the two painters that were advertised, it was him and what I believe was his girlfriend who was inexperienced and sometimes just watched him paint. It should have been advertised as one painter and a helper. The price though was very reasonable and the finished product was adequate. He is likable and I believe honest and trustworthy. I would use him again especially if it was a project that just needed to be knocked out."
