"Beware! I paid Benito?s Drywall INC to remove popcorn ceiling upstairs. My upstairs consist of two bedrooms, a bathroom hallway and stairway ceiling. Benito appeared knowledgeable, positive reviews with 35+ years of experience. The completed work is a disaster. Popcorn was left on ceilings, ceilings not smooth,(sanding may have helped), paint lines where ceiling and wall meet uneven (paint tape was needed)and corner are messy. I sent pictures. Benito stated by text that he would return a particular day and fix everything. He did not return, answer phone or text. Now I have to pay another company to redo the entire project. "Phillip and his crew were terrific to work with. He wasn't the lowest bid, but having talked with each bidder, he was definitely the most knowledgeable so worth the difference. He and the crew were on time, friendly, and worked every day until the job was finished. For the most part, Phillip is on site for the work. Clean up was great. We had three different colors going, some rotted wood to replace, and many bushes and trees that had to be worked around. The shutters were sprayed to change the color, and after that was completed and the sprayer cleaned, I found 4 more shutters in the garage that are extras. Very cordially set up again and sprayed those as well. I can highly recommend Phillip and Vice Versa Painting."

"Excellent, professional service and quality. George came out within a few days of being called to do an estimate. He was 1 of 3 estimates as this was an insurance claim. Once we decided to use Smith Home Improvements, we called George. He gave us his estimate on July 27 ,2017. He scheduled the job for 8/7/17. He & his help arrived early on 8/7/17. Started the roofing job. They completed the job in 2 days. Finished by early afternoon on 8/8/17. Did full clean up. This was the 2nd time we have used SHI. Back in Oct 2016, just before the Hurricane hit our area, he came out as an emergency call to patch one section of our old roof. He called us back prior to coming out to see if OK for him to come out after dark to do the repair. We agreed as he said he had lights and wanted to make sure we had our repair before the storm came. He did the repair for less than $200, using his own materials. We are hoping to get George back this summer to do some remodeling work."
