"A clogged AC condenser drain in the attic caused the drip pan to overflow and soak the ceiling drywall in an upstairs bedroom. A large section of the ceiling fell along with some insulation. We requested an estimate for replacing the drywall ceiling from Tom Smith at Drywall Maintenance Co. Tom came right away to look at the job and gave us a very reasonable estimate for making the repair. We accepted Tom’s proposal, and he quickly started on the job. Completing the repair required Tom to make 3 trips to our house. He was punctual on the days he came, put down plastic to protect our furniture and hardwood floors, and did a great repair job."

"Like many other reviewers I can't say enough good things about Mr. Junior and his team. I contacted Mr. Junior to fix a botched drywall job during my bathroom remodel. I was at my wits end with the previous contractor and just about loss faith my bathroom would ever be finished. It was one thing after another. Then came Mr. Junior. I am very satisfied with the quality of work and the professionalism of everyone on his team. Mr. Junior was very responsive to my texts/calls and walked me through every step of the process. I felt he listened to me and alleviated all my concerns. He is respectful of my home and left it cleaner than when he arrived. Other reviewers mention cost but don't be put off by the price. Are his services more than others? Perhaps, but not by much. I don't always buy into "you get what you pay for" but when it comes to drywall and painting you do. I had the peace of mind knowing the work would be done right, within budget, on time, and no corners cut. I have another big drywall and painting job coming up this fall and I am going to re-hire Clean Hands to tackle that project."
