"The experience went very well. Very professional. Punctual and kind. I believe his name was Alberto, my appointment was at 9 they called at 830 and asked if he could come about 845. Showed up was kind and courteous. He did a basketball ball court for my boys. Told me to stay clear for a couple days and he came out and took the ropes off and it was all good to go. Our home is around 50 years old. Ours was a large job - around a month and $30,000. We had Triangle Reconstruction come in after another moisture company provided mold remediation and a humidifier. I wish we’d contacted TR to start with. We provided TR with a structural engineering report. They created a plan to exactly meet all of engineer’s concerns. TR used temporary supports and replaced seal plates, girders, and joists for over half of our home. In addition, they poured footers and built new columns. They also added a few additional girders to firm up our floors. They removed and replaced our insulation. They sealed our porch and crawl space, replaced our vapor barrier, and installed a moisture meter. They wrapped our electrical cords and hung them. The people at TR are remarkable. A+++++"

"Our front porch began collapsing.  We contacted Porch Finishing and he came out that day to give us an estimate.  He told me he was running a coupon on Angie's List and even though I didn't ask for it, he discounted his estimate.  He estimated $800 and charged $780.  
The work began the following Monday morning.  They were very punctual, polite and efficient.  They went above and beyond in cleaning up.  One of the men even raked out the marks the tires left in our yard from the concrete truck.
