Oh where to begin?! Let’s just say it’s beyond despicable that a company would say “we are done dealing with you”. Ohh really! It’s called warranty work based on a contract!! Let’s start with our doors. You told the painter he has to use gel stain. Well they molded and the stain washed off. Why?! Because he used wood stain on a fiberglass door! His words “gel stain takes too long”. Ok they replaced the doors, great thanks now they are still not stained because Sara is done dealing with us. The flooring has buckled since day one and now has completely come apart and is still buckled in some spots. What’s the stupid response from them?! It’s to humid, your house shifted, and the great one you don’t have quarter round. Or the excuse of there is a bump in the concrete, hmm then why does it go away?! So they proceeded to sand down the concrete without any dust mitigation. T Sealey said it in the beginning, the floor is too tight. But yep we are the problem. The neutral bar has power going to it but when we complained that our lights flickered all the time they said it’s because we bought fixtures from Amazon. $200 later in different LEDs in several different fixtures to include lamps the lights still flicker. But yep we are the problem. They hire the worst subs possible and blame it on us for expecting quality work. So the list is, the floor is jacked up, the siding is jacked up(siding company is actually standing behind their work), the walls are jacked up, the electric is jacked up, the plumbing is jacked up, the tile is jacked up, the concrete is jacked up and was stained before we even moved in. The septic was jacked up until I called the manufacture of the system and they said yes it’s jacked up. The list goes on and on so anyone can reach out to me and I will gladly show more pictures and the reasons to stay away from these people. My Dream home is a nightmare thanks to JW Sealey!

They always show up promptly, take time to thoroughly assess the situation, and complete all work in an excellent manner.

So he was called and he began asking questions. *Have we flushed it, aside from the flush when the rag went down? No. *How large was the rag and what was it made of? A small, old, worn out, terrycloth cotton dish towel.
Then, he gave it some thought and concluded: “Well, in all likelihood, the rag will take some time to go through the sewer line and it may do nothing more than settle to the bottom of the holding tank. So for right now, if nothing else has happened, it probably won’t cause a problem, immediately. We’ll come out on Wednesday, and take the tank cover off (out in our front yard), and see what’s going on. By that time, it will have had time to work its way through the line, if it’s going to go through. Otherwise, it may just settle down in the bottom of the line and do nothing, if it doesn’t cause a back up before Wednesday. If anything begins to slow and you see a problem we can come out before that.” This was on Monday. We waited for a back up to occur. Nothing happened.
Mr. Sealey’s truck pulled into our driveway on Wednesday morning, as promised. Since we had several different other plumbing issues we had been putting off getting repaired, now was the time to get it all fixed at once.
The faucet in our kitchen sink was wearing out, could he replace that with a Delta faucet (easiest to repair with washers), could he check some slow drains, a commode, and finally the sewer pump for the rag! Also, since he’s a licensed electrician, could he check on the main wire going from the pole to the house where it connects. We had been told by another repair-person, the insulation was in bad shape, possibly as a result of storm damage, and needed to be repaired/replaced, major fire hazard!
We didn’t ask what the costs would be, we just knew the work had to be done (this was an emergency for us) and he was the one we trusted to do the work. Besides, we knew he would send us the bill.
His men were here for a couple of hours, taking care of everything. They found the rag, at the bottom of the tank, apparently just in time. It had located itself in a position, that if much more time had passed, the rag would have become lodged and wrapped around the grinder blade impeller and stopped everything, burning up the motor. We would have had to replace the whole motor mechanism, the pump and lost our sewer system entirely!
So thanks to Mr. Sealey’s knowledge and experience of the situation and the skills of his men knowing exactly what to do and arriving in a timely manner, they saved us a HUGE sewer expense plus we got some minor issues resolved all with one call, without an emergency expense on off duty hours.
My husband also learned to dump wastewater down the bathtub, rather than the commode! An expensive way to learn a lesson.

They are the ones that we automatically go to for any plumbing work. We have been using this company for close to 10 years. They installed our sewer lift pumps. Once they did the plumbing on the city sewer line they were the only ones when we called for an estimate that came out, calculated the logistics of everything that had to be done and gave us a written bid before they began the work. so we had it in writing. It was a difficult job and ever since then we have been using them as our plumber of choice because they are on the job. If you call they will be there even if they can't do the repair immediately. They will come out even if it is 4:00 p.m. If it is an emergency situation they're on the ball. If they can't fix it that day they will be out there the next morning to take care of it. They always tell us the extent of the problem. Anytime we have any issue with plumbing we call this company.

They were doing plumbing work and during the process of measuring for that work came across this problem. Of everyone that gave us an estimate, only 2 informed of us of this issue. He was very detailed in what would need to be done and how it would need to be done. No one else did that. It's been about 4 years since this work was done and we haven't had a minutes trouble with it!

They always do an excellent job! We haven't had a moments problem since they did this work. We don't use anybody a second time if they don't satisfy us the first time! They had the highest quote for our replumbing job, but they responded in the most timely manner. We have nothing but praise for good people! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a good plumber or electrical contractor.
